Very poor internet tv quality was nonexistent as wouldn’t work and no change after notification to management Room temperature very hard to regulate as remote control would not work and cold air coming around the heating unit no hot water After running for over 5 minutes so no shower Econo price was only really good thing but would never go back

Excellent location, easy parking, easy check-in, clean room. It's not a 5-star hotel -- but I didn't have to pay 5-star hotel prices, either. I'll definitely stay here again next time I have an early flight out of Pearson.

Basement room all new but hot in November and couldn’t get HVAC to even turn on Front desk gave a key card to another guest who walked into room while I was sleeping for early flight Cheap means cheap!

Staff was a bit tired when i checked in at 1800 (6 pm) simple questions as to where to wait for shuttle bus at airport were answered rudely, as i was supposed to know the answer before asking the question. Aside from that, the room was clean, the shuttle service was quick and on-time both to pick me up and drop me off. Location is great with near-by food options. Yes, would definitely recommend it.
