The best part of the stay is the restaurant attached to it. The hotel is dated. I know that this is a one off, but the water was shut off in the area for hours while a repair was performed. I know that is not on the hotel but that did also impact my stay. The towels were not hotel quality. They felt more like Terry rags and wow the staff did their best to keep it clean daily you cannot clean age. I stayed by myself so for a cheap hotel stay this will work for you, but again the age of the place plus was a major drawback. Also, they were the same man hanging out in the lobby daily. You could tell that they knew the employees these weren’t guests. It was almost as if they were the owners of some sort because they were giving the employees instructions, but they were dressed in like workout clothes, joggers with jackets and T-shirts. It was unsettling to say the least the vibe coming off of them was not friendly.

I chose this hotel specifically for the pool, hot tub, and sauna. I wasn’t able to enjoy those amenities due to poor air circulation. Molded/caving in ceilings at one entrance way to pool area, condensation leaking from another entrance way. By far worse part of my stay, definitely wouldn’t recommend.

We stayed here about two years ago and while it wasn’t perfect, it was decent enough for a short, affordable stay, which is why we chose to return. Unfortunately, this visit was significantly worse. The pool area was disgusting. There was hair and used bandages on the floor. The pool and hot tub had visible cracks and wear, and the patio chairs were extremely rusty underneath, sharp enough that someone could easily cut their foot. The hallways were just as concerning. The carpets were heavily stained with what looked like bleach spots, and the entire area smelled like sewage or an outhouse. It made walking to and from our room very unpleasant. Inside our room, there was visible mould in the shower grout. Cleanliness clearly is not being properly maintained. The most disturbing part of our stay was the noise from the room next to us. There were extremely loud sexual encounters involving multiple people, along with yelling and banging on the walls. It felt disruptive, inappropriate, and unsafe, especially with my children present. Thankfully my husband was with us. To make matters worse, I was bitten by something during our stay and now have two large, red, itchy bites about two inches wide that have continued to worsen. The only positive was the respectful front desk staff. We will not be returning

Our stay weekend was okay. It fit our needs for an economical visit in a convenient location. Unfortunately, requested a quiet room due to noise sensitivity and it appeared to have been fine during check-in. However, young sports groups stayed on our floor and there was loud shouting and fighting in the hallway outside our room (girls at midnight, guys at 5am). We stayed at this hotel for the past few years for an annual event in town. Some of the rooms could use a refresh and the third floor carpet had something spilled (bleach?) through out our wing which did not present well. The restaurant inside the hotel runs an early breakfast special before 9am. We did not see/know until we were exiting the parking lot (roadside publicity signage) and had already committed to eating somewhere else. Too bad as the reviews were good. As a tea drinker who does not like/use (Tassimo, Nespresso, Keurig) machines, I will be looking for future hotels with tea station for guests. Trying to find Starbucks open past 9 or 10pm is never successful. Staff are polite, but not overly friendly.
