We stay there for a night sleep over and we really like it also we had breakfast before check out it’s so good.

I’ve stayed here before a few times and I loved it. I initially booked one day, and decided to book an additional upon arrival to the hotel. It wasn’t until AFTER my payment was processed for the additional day, and I was settled in my room, did the front desk call me to tell me there would be a mandatory fire alarm testing. I understand that alarm testing must be done however the length of time and the amount of times the alarm was tested was unacceptable. I would have appreciated being informed PRIOR to my booking that it would be tested. I left the hotel tired and un rejuvenated. The fire alarm went off for two mornings and was EXTREMELY loud. The pool area did not have towels until I had to inform front desk who then only replenished the hamper with a few. Also it would be great if the breakfast buffet was extended to at least 10am/10:30am. Often the point of booking a hotel is to be able to sleep in longer than your usual wake up time. With breakfast ending at 9:30am, you are forced to either wake early or miss it entirely. On a lighter note, I love that parking is complementary, the rooms are spacious and quite clean (despite the fact that I had to to switch rooms due to a leaking toilet) and the kitchenette is perfect. It’s equipped with every thing you need.

Upon reviewing, the front desk agent did called to inform you regarding the fire inspection 5 minutes after you checked in, it was not informed to us about cancelling the second night that time. We recognize that the reservation for your second night was a completely separate reservation, and the credit card authorization was processed the following day upon check in with this new reservation. The fire inspection was an essential measure mandated for the safety and well-being of all our guests. Regarding the breakfast timing, it follows the our brand standards, aiming to accomodate all guests efficiently. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience.
