Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful, from the doorman to the concierge to housekeeping. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My only complaint would be the noise of the heating cooling unit. It wasn't loud enough to keep us awake but it did make the TV volume challenging.

There’s nothing negative I can say about this stay. We had everything we neeeded , we were able to check in earlier, hotel was clean, bed was the most comfortable, I felt very luxurious with this hotel. The view was incredible. Pool was so nice and large, filtered water in the room. It was just really lovely stay and felt like a treat for my daughter and I to stay at. Location was also close to everything we needed. No complaints at all.

The stay was good. Beautiful rooms with comfy beds and pillows. However, the "lake view" room offered was mainly a city view room with a tiny peek of the lake which was disappointing considering we booked a lake view room.

Was great stay my daughter loved it. But the toilet paper is super thin and cheap. Why would they cheap out on that is beyond me. It’s a great hotel though. Like just charge us 2$ more for real toilet paper. The night was 450$ so not like it’s a cheap hotel. Anyways my kid loved it.

Great place to stay! My wife and I truly appreciated the upgrade for our honeymoon. The location is super convenient for everything youd like to do. Youre within throwing distance to the TTC underground and walking distance to Union Station. We will definitely return.

Great location. Had a beautiful 2 Queen bed room in overlooking the harbour front and lake. Front desk staff was great and breakfast room service came within 20 minutes. Great pool, gym and amenities- was lots of fun for kids. The pool and areas could use an upgrade as they are a bit outdated but rooms are nice and renovated. Only thing is AC/fan is super loud and woke me up in the middle of the night.
