Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire condo, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and private patio.

You’ll also have access to select building amenities such as the fitness centre, sauna and games room, in accordance with building rules and operating hours.

Self check-in is provided for a smooth arrival experience, and detailed instructions will be shared on the day of your check-in.

Please review the following to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay:

• The unit includes one designated parking spot only. Additional vehicles must use visitor parking (subject to availability and building rules).

• The dishwasher is currently not available for use. All other kitchen appliances and essentials are fully functional.

• This is a residential condo building, so we kindly ask all guests to respect neighbours and common areas at all times.

• Strictly no parties or events are permitted. Unauthorized gatherings may result in additional charges or immediate cancellation without refund.

• No pets allowed.

• Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM, in accordance with condo bylaws. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time.

• Lost items will incur replacement fees: $50 for keys and $200 for fobs.

• Any significant careless damage, including but not limited to wall damage requiring repainting, may result in additional charges.
