The place felt dated, even though it’s not that old. The restaurant on the fifth floor, Sky Loft or whatever it’s called, closed the same day we were there, right after we spent $600. It felt awkward, especially on a Sunday. The Writing Room downstairs was boring. It felt like they just wanted us out as quickly as possible. Staff were nowhere to be found. The room was supposed to be a suite but had a tiny window. It was dark, gloomy, and barely had anything in it. I’ve never seen such an expensive hotel room with no mini bar, no light, and no vibe. Not staying there again.

The room was modern and clean, and the staff were warm and extremely helpful. The location is very convenient—right above the subway station. I would have rated the property condition five stars as well if the rooftop hadn’t been closed for maintenance.

Great stay!

We had a great stay over the pride weekend which also was my bday. They had the room decorated and everything ready on our arrival. Kim in the living room provides fantastic service as always! Can’t tell you enough how her being there keeps us coming back every time! Room service was delish. Room was in great shape and loved the location!

Not a great experience from Check-in to Check-out. Staff came into my room while I was changing dispite me asking them to stay outside. They have signage in the hotel that is misleading of the services they offer. The woman at checkout was rude. Room didn’t have proper Fan/AC, I was boiling the entire time and couldn’t sleep well. Room didn’t have a refrigerator either and they brought in an old beat up mini fridge and left it in the middle of the room, it made a terrible noise the entire time. Not run or operated like a real W hotel.
