ACCOMMODATION
87 m² two-bedroom flat on the second floor without a lift, with additional stairs to access the accommodation (may feel like a 3rd floor).
Kitchen opens onto a large living room with high ceilings, equipped for simple meals: hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine.
Spacious and bright living room with access to a private terrace.
Two bedrooms:
– one bedroom with a door that does not close properly; this bedroom opens onto an interior hallway with automatic lighting (motion detector), no shutters, curtains installed but allowing light to pass through. May not be suitable if you are sensitive to light.
Bathroom without lock.
Separate toilet.
Air-conditioned flat, but located on the top floor: can get very hot in summer.
French window opening onto the terrace with known malfunction (does not close properly).

LOCATION (STRONG POINT)
Hypercentre of Toulouse.
Jean-Jaurès metro station about a 3-minute walk away.
Matabiau train station about a 10-minute walk away.
Shops, restaurants and services in the immediate vicinity.

PARKING
No parking space included.
Apartment located in a cul-de-sac: paid parking in the surrounding streets.
Jean-Jaurès underground car park nearby.

ACCESS & OPENING HOURS
Self check-in via key box.
Check-in from 4pm.
Check-out by 11 a.m. at the latest.
Assistance available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., primarily by message (telephone only in case of emergency).

Sheets included.
One large towel per person included.
No linen change during your stay, regardless of its length.
Additional linen kit available: €15.
