Convenient location. Although I had a single comfort was great. Shower and supplied toiletries above expectations. Appreciated having a fridge in the room

The room was clean but someone had either smoked in it or smoked next door which made the stay awful. Everything in the room seemed to be falling apart. One of the shower doors didn’t close, the towel bars come off the wall. It’s not in the best of locations.

We liked our stay very much but the Wi-Fi access was terrible and the Wi-Fi never worked, despite the excuse there were many guests using it. Nowadays, offering WiFi is as basic requirement as a good bed or a good shower so I won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone else.

Awesome stay in the city Center.

Amazing staff and great location to stay. Great soundproofing and I really got a good night’s sleep. The carpet could be a tad cleaner tho.

The hotel is a bit on the outskirts of the city but it is easy to get to the center on foot. The hotel is small but comfortable and clean with very helpful employees. Excellent breakfast. It pleasantly caught our attention that the girl on the night shift told us that there is a nightclub next door, she went out to recriminate those who made a fuss or spoke loudly to protect the guests' sleep, five points for that girl!

10/10 for reception staff. Chloe checked us in and she was very warm and friendly. All were friendly and were some of the nicest staff I've ever come across. Breakfast had the usual choice. Fresh fruit salad, fresh pastries, bread. Good juice and good coffee. Modern bathroom, but some of the hotel looks worn and shabby, it's clean though, except for bedroom carpet, that needs a clean. Comfortable bed. Some noise from the bar outside, but not enough to put me off staying again

Very nice boutique style hotel. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Comfortable beds, clean and enjoyable room. Only minor complaint was some late night noise from the cafe next door which was at a tolerable level if I had not been jet lagged and lying awake in the middle of the night. If I was sleeping I probably would not have noticed. Great location near metro and all the quaint restaurants and shops of Toulouse. Breakfast was lovely both continental and cooked. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Pretty basic. Clean. Room size on the small end of things - your jacket will share a cubby with the coffee maker. Breakfast is definitely not worth it. Decent location close to the old city. Apparently no power outlets for charging devices - unplug the coffee maker if you need an outlet.
