Excellent service but average rooms
Publié le 5 nov. 2018 sur HotelsHôtel assez bien situé près de plusieurs restaurants et à quelques minutes de marches du centre de Townsville. Le service était très bien à l’accueil et au check-out, qui est le point le plus positif de cet hôtel. Toutefois la chambre était assez vieille, peur-être que d’autres chambres sont mieux dans l’hôtel!

Sent in special request that were not acknowledged or responded too, rooms were never cleaned despite placing sign out requesting for them to clean an need new towels for the four days we were there, nothing was provided.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable and parking was really easy.

The staff at Grand Hotel and Apartment’s were so friendly and welcoming, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
