L hotel est bien situé près d un lagon, nous avons un grand choix de restaurants près le l hotel, et je recommande celui qui est en bas de l hôtel, excellent. Si je devais revenir à townsville, je reviendrais ici.

Comfortable Hotel Room

Confortable yet odd stay
Publié le 2 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe room was.large and comfortable with a king size comfortable bed. Not a bad location and free car parking underneath hotel was great. However, this was a strange experience. Half the people here live in the block which leads to loud parties, chats that are easily heard through the thin walls. Also the residents seem to resent the hotel guests. Cleanliness not great. The fridge was rusty. Why leave a rusty fridge in the room, very odd. So, whilst a comfortable stay, it was odd and wouldnt stay again

I have personally visited the room you have stayed to ensure our housekeeping team are aware of our brand standards and our room delivery to standards. We have ZERO tolerance towards any party regardless it was a hotel guest or a permanent resident/ owner in the building. Our on-site caretaker will ensure any noise complaints are delt with in a quick and effective manner. Please also rest assured that the cleanliness aspects have been addressed and actioned. Great location
Publié le 21 janv. 2024 sur HotelsWas a great room , nice and clean and everything as advertised , pool closes at 8 which we feel 1 hour to early , but nice pool with nice views , easy walk to local shops and cowboys leagues club
