Room was quiet & comfortable, although pretty basic. The shower over the bath did not work. Staff on reception were very friendly & helpful. A car is needed to explore the area further as taxis are very expensive.

Several slats broke under the mattress during the night. I was left trying to sleep with my middle body handing through a whole. When I reported it to the reception in the morning I was met with a "too bad" comment. The bathroom was a dump too - the soap dispenser in the shower borke off. When we arrived the whole place was smelling of incense! It is an absolutley awful place!!!

Super friendly staff. The, what looked like, mold in bathroom was a less welcome surprise. The property appears to have multipurpose facilities with ´lots of folks going in and out of the property. It's fine for the night but not recommended for a light sleeper as it is within the approach zone of the nearby Bergamo airport

Acceptable but in need of modernisation.

This was a first night stop of our Italian adventure, knowing we would be arriving late and leaving early. We did not book breakfast and were really looking for a place to lay our heads before starting our journey. Problems with the car hire pick-up meant we were arriving about an hour after expectations and so it was after 11pm when we got there. However, reception staff were immensely courteous and very efficient. The room was on the second floor and had everything we needed for an overnight stop. Bed was comfortable but the door reverberated when other guests closed theirs. In fact, the hotel fittings are looking old and tired and in our room we had a light switch that didn't work. In the morning again the noise of the other guests woke us up and there was 'work' being completed in a close room that caused an echo in our room. However, the good things we remember are the good sized towels and the effervescence of the receptionist.

The staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and located very close to the airport. If you rent a car it's very easy to get there.

Hotel is easily accessible from the airport. Staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. Front desk is manned 24/7. Breakfast was included and is simple but generous. When asked for fresh coffee it was immediately provided with a splendid attitude of Italian hospitality! Room is simple, a bit worn down, but clean. The bathroom was clean but in need of some refurbishment. Traces of mold..
