Room was spacious and spotless! Soundproofing of the walls seemed great, though there was a sound that kicked in every now and then (more noticeable in the evening when it's quiet) to which I think it had something to do with the heating? Other than that, breakfast was plentiful and of quality. Would stay there again.

Very basic room that felt quite dark and dated. Our bedroom window faced out into the hotel so we had no natural light or a view. The bed was soft, which I quite like but only one pillow each wasn’t great for us. The breakfast was lovely and varied. There was a lovely and peaceful sitting area on the ground floor where I enjoyed reading whilst watching the snow outside.

Nice hotel in a perfect location. Staff was very helpfull and breakfast was amazing! They do not clean the room, but you can ask for clean towels if you want.

Great location, breakfast was delicious! Poor communication with front desk staff in regards to the parking garage and charging station details. Beds were uncomfortable, however the dining room staff were exceptional.

Great hotel!

Breakfast was exceptional! Everything was fresh and delicious and there was an incredible variety of food and beverages. There were some renovations going on but that didn’t interfere with a quiet stay. I’m sure the cosmetic improvements will only make this place even better. Customer service was top notch!

In the middle of town and great for being able to walk to everything. Easy to park on the street overnight (free til 8am and then pay on an app or by card). Excellent breakfast

This was a last-minute booking and expectations were low. The hotel has a great location for visiting Tromsø, it’s immaculate and breakfast is outstanding!! And the staff are very kind and helpful
