Posted Jun. 2, 2021 on HotelsThe pictures of the clamping tents are false! When we arrived we were taken to what I can only describe as a circus tent! The ‘door’ was not sealed at the bottom and therefore letting wind in,
I can only describe it as being in a front room with a front door wind open.
not appropriate for my ten month old baby. The kitchen/toilet/shower were separate with the shower extremely dirty!
We pondered for an hour and decided to leave. Amanda and Steve will NOT process a refund and have lied to hotels.com in saying we were offered champagne on arrival .. bizarre!
I would definitely not recommend this place, not fit for a dog let alone a family!
How they handled the situation is completely unprofessional, all I wanted was my money back for somewhere I didn’t stay and they’re now ignoring me! STAY CLEAR

we are sorry you did not want to stay with us, unfortunately there was a storm on the night of your arrival that was out of our control. The tents on our site stand all year round and withstand the wind and rain very well. we pride ourself on our cleanliness and refute your accusations as our team work hard to deliver the best experience we can, come rain or shine. We are unable to run our business based on the weather and do our best to help make our guest stay as perfect as they can be even in poor weather. I am sorry you feel that we have not acted appropriately in your case but feel that your review of our site and business does not represent us or our reviews in delivering holidays over the last 4 years.
