The only thing I do not like is having $20 added to my bill because I might have incidentals. I still have not been reimbursed for the $20. The bill at checkout took off the $20 but it still has not been credited to my bank account.

The shower had a buildup of mold all around the floor and door of the inside of the shower! Walls/ doors/ lampshades were dirty and stained! The fabric on the bench in the room was stained and torn in several areas!! We travel through this area 5 to 6 times an year and have always stayed at this hotel. Since our last stay the end of May, the conditions have deteriorated significantly!!!

Shower Stall needed in a handicap room

The only issue I bring up is we had a handicap room, as I'm recovering from full knee replacement surgery, 5-week post-op. There is a bathtub and not a shower stall, so this is something that should be considered on a "to do" list the next time changes and upgrades to the rooms are being done.

This was our second time last time it was three and this time four of us. A family of 4 the breakfast was delicious. We love visiting T or C the grandparents of our kids love parking at the RV parks so they can go play and run the outdoors. My husband and I will take a round the town and checked out the hot springs.

Not what I booked very disappointed

I booked a handicap accessible room and upon arrival i was given a standard room. When i asked the clerk if it was handicap accessible she said yes she thought so. We went up to the room to find out it was not. NO grabbars around the toilet so shower chair or grab bars in the shower. We went downstairs to inform the desk clerk and she said they had nothing available. We had no options and had to stay in the unprotected room. I could not close the bathroom door while using it. My poor husband had to squeeze in to help me use the toilet. No shower that was not a option. The bed was as hard as a rock. But on a positive note breakfast was good. Would I stay again, no it was a very terrible experience that I don't wish to repeat. Lesson learned while booking through a third arty call and make sure you will get the room you booked.
