たまたまなのか泊まったお部屋が下水臭かったのが残念でしたが友人が持参していたアロマで匂いが消えたのでそれからは過ごしてやすかったです。 またエアコンから鈴虫のような音が終始聞こえていました。 いずれも改善していただけたら満足度はさらに上がると思いました。 接客やお料理等など本当に素晴らしく大満足だったのでまた利用したいと思います。
初めて口にするお料理から質のよい食材ばかりでお腹がいっぱいでも最後までおいしくいただけました。
鮮度抜群海の幸も美味しかったです
朝食の鯛めしは、 いろんな食べ方で楽しめるような工夫がなされていて贅沢な気分でした

朝夕食とも、美味しく頂けました。少し組み合わせに難はありましたが、全て美味しかったです。宿泊日、満室だったと聞いておりましたが、お風呂、などの施設において、特段、混み合ってストレスがあった事もなく、快適に宿泊できました。

今回萬国屋さんに宿泊させていただきましたが、口コミ通りの素晴らしいホテルでした。 入り口の出迎えの方々も明るく的確でフロントの方々もスマートで分かりやすく廊下ですれ違ったお部屋の支度をして下さったであろう女性も気持ち良く、食事の支度をして下さった女性も好印象です。インパクトが強かったのは無料のかき氷をすすめてくださった女性でした、明るく元気で長い時間頑張っていました。お部屋の温泉は気持ち良く、ベッドもふかふかでぐっすり眠ることができました。 1000年の歴史がある萬国屋さんの素晴らしい文化にも触れる事が出来ます。 私はノドグロの煮付けをオプションでつけさせて頂きましたが美味しかったです、山形牛も美味しくたです。

源泉掛け流し付きの部屋に宿泊。 10階の最上階部屋が空いてるのでとアップグレードして頂き、広さに大満足。温泉も良く何度も入浴させて頂きました。夕食も美味しいのですが、朝食の鯛めしにはやられました。とても美味しい朝ごはんでした。評価が良い旅館というのも納得でした。

施設周辺に足湯があって下駄やタオルを貸し出してくれていた。また、カフェや軽食が出来るところなども少しあって散歩には良さそう。旅館の施設内に無料でソフトドリンクが飲めたり、お土産等が買える売店が広くて良かった。

新しいエリアのお風呂とサウナはよかったです。サウナは水風呂にチラーがないのであまり冷たくない。 ロビーがカビ臭くて嫌でした。 設備はメンテされているものの、古さは感じました。 夜は混んでいたのか、料理やお酒がなかなか出てこない。順番も？でした。
