The average hotel is more for 3 stars. The hotel is in a good position, but they still need to work on the quality and the rooms, the room I stayed in was very small but extremely cold and even if the air conditioner was turned off, the room was still cold because the air conditioner was constantly blowing. The hotel staff is very friendly, the food is ok, you can really find everything to eat, I had a full board with one drink, it's not bad and the food is ok. I will not review the hotel again unless they renovate it, the hotel really does not look close to a 4-star hotel. Luckily, I was only there for one night, if I had booked more nights it would have been a nightmare.

Parking was overbooked. Food was cold. No chairs available at the pool.

However , the hotel has provided parking for each guest.Guests wake up early and use the pool services. Ucharmerende, overfyldt og kaotisk

Alt for mange mennesker på for lidt plads! Dårlig hygiejne i restauranten. Vi fik maveinfwktion under opholdet. Folk plastrer solstole til med håndklæder fra før solen står op i desperation for at kunne være et sted resten af dagen. Personalet ved poolen gør intet ved det, selvom reglerne står på et skilt lige ved siden af!! I løbet af dagen bliver poolen helt grumset af solcreme og fordi folk ikke vasker sig før de går i. På stranden foran hotellet skal man i højsæsonen sparke sig frem for at komme ned til vandet og folk ligger i lag. Meget ucharmerende og klaustrofobisk. Alt for meget larm og gøgl ved poolområdet til vores smag. Forvent ikke en afslappende og rolig ferie her. Parkering med bil var et mareridt omkring hotellet selvom de opkræver 5 euro pr dag! Vi kommer ikke tilbage til dette hotel eller område generelt.

God belligenhed

+ Rigtig god belligenhed i Tucepi. Værelset simpel, men ok. - Aftensmad kan være lidt kaotisk da maden ikke altid er logisk placeret og uklar hvor køen starter. Varighed alt for kort 19-21 og de begynder at fjerne mad allerede 20.30. Nogle af personalet ser ikke ud til at vide hvad “service minded” betyder, heldigivs kun nogle.

Nice stay

Great location, nice pool area. Small but ok room. Didn’t like that we had to pay for water on dinner, felt greedy.
