Amazing luxury rental in historic house in central tucson.

Very nice, newly remodeled 1 bedroom with a California King bed. Granite Countertops, travertine tile, Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge with ice maker. Fully furnished with dishes and cookware. Your home away from home. Centrally located for easy access to all your vacation activities.

Very comfortable, extra amenities. Fast wi-fi, HBO, Showtime and extended cable with streaming services available. Memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room for comfortable extra sleeping area. Full private unit with it's own separate entrance, kitchen, bath.

We are a non-smoking and pet free home to help create an allergy free space. So please, do not book if you have a pet. We ask to be notified ahead of time if you have a service animal. Because we try to be allergen free, we will want to cover the sofa.

Great value in an average part of town

The unit was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well stocked with everything necessary to make it feel like home. Parking was ample and off of the street. The immediate neighborhood was quiet and seemed decent, but the surrounding commercial areas felt a bit unsafe, especially after dark. Overall, it's a great value with a nice host in an average part of town.

Megan was a good host and casita was well appointed. However, the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The mini split air conditioners were noisy.

Cozy Casita!

We stayed at this lovely home while visiting our daughter who attends U of AZ. It is conveniently located just 10 minutes from campus. Megan's place is very clean and cozy! We would love to return to this sweet casita for future visits to Tucson!

Well appointed apartment

Apartment is well maintained, with good towels, bed linens, and kitchen wares. With the exception of the a/c, which is somewhat noisy, all appliances are new or almost new. Apartment was clean beyond reproach. I had to dock a star because the door entry code provided did not work initially, and it is not a good welcome to have to figure this out after an exhausting multi-hour drive. Nevertheless, I would stay there again in a future visit.

Peaceful and complete!

I stayed here for 18 nights in large part to recuperate from a broken arm and surgery on it; the arm had to heal enough for me to drive back to the East Coast. This was a perfect place! It was peaceful, had everything needed to live comfortably, and was close to grocery and drug stores, the university (at which I had meetings), and a laundromat. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, too. Megan was an excellent host and has created a lovely home-away-from-home. Would definitely stay again, and indeed, hope to in the future!

Great stay

We loved this place! It was extremely clean and organized. We were happy with a lot of the small things that don't always come with rental places (brochures, luggage holder, full-sized lotion and shampoo, etc.) We also liked the simple check in and check out, easy parking and lots of helpful instructions. All the rooms felt very spacious and we were able to spread out without feeling cramped. The only room that was a little tight was the bathroom (specifically the sink/toilet area, the shower was large). The area was very quiet and we felt secluded.

Perfect for us

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family in Tuscon. The unit was cozy, comfortable, and completely spotless. There were helpful directions on how to lock and unlock the door, which I very much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back the next time we are in town.

Nicer than I expected.

I knew from reviews and pictures this would be a good place, however it was much better than good. The building stands out in the neighborhood as a large lot and structure compared to others, very unusual. My concerns faded upon entering. Inside was a complete and well stocked full kitchen, large comfortable living room and a large bedroom (king bed) along with an attractive bath. We were surprised and very pleased with the quality and freshness of the rental. An added benefit is that Megan lives onsite and is great. And all at a fair price. You won't be disappointed.
