I understand that half of the hotel was under renovation which caused some issues but other factors also caused some issues. We were staying for 10 days so these issues were inconvenient. Our first night the air conditioner didn't work in our room so that night was very uncomfortable and we weren't able to move to another room. During our 10 day stay the ice machines on the first or second floor were not working, they did not have them repaired during our entire stay which seemed unacceptable. Getting ice from the front desk was a bother for us as well as the front desk personnel. I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't have working ice machines. The hotel just barely met our needs and hope they finish with the renovations soon as the rooms that were open were barely adequate as far as cleanliness and overall condition. I do not recommend this hotel until the renovations are completed.

The hotel staff was great but immediately entering the hotel lobby and hallways leading to my room smelled terrible. Then getting into my room the room smelled of a very stale odor. I was not happy with this hotel and checked out early. The receptionist tried to get me in another room but it was already occupied and so I decided to just get another hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Property is nice. Rooms are clean. The guy who works at night is amazing with customer service and hospitality, unfortunately the women from the front desk to housekeeping are getting doxed because my fiance and i arent sure who is doing this. But weve been staying here for almost a month for work. (We travel for work) weve had to check in n out a few times so the staff definitely knows us well. But i have never experienced in my entire life a staff who comes 4 hours early and knocks on the door hard as they can screaming housekeeping or asking if were staying again. And thats not even the worst part. A few times whoever keeps knocking on the door has literally used their master key to just attempt to bust the door open after not getting a response within 3 seconds. Thank god we keep the latch on the door and we unfortunately had to put.something infront of the door because how unsafe that makes us feel. My fiwnce and i work nights so we get back pretty late in the morning and we spend 2000$ here to be able to sleep until check out which is at 12. But it never fails they come knocking or trying to open our door at 9 am almost every morning. I know people who travel alot or for work have never experienced that. If you want a nice and clean taken care of room try to get on the bottom floor in the area of 124. The other rooms are ok but its a completely different vibe.
