The room smelled of cigarettes even though they claim to be smoke free. The automatic front door was so loud opening and closing we could hear it in our room. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30, but there was nothing out when we left at 6:40.

Never been here, and staff, was not very informative about room location, how to get there. The hotel overal smelled very weird. The shower surround was seperating from the wall. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls. The bedding was dirty. The AC didnt work well at all. The only positive was the bed was comfortable. The pictures posted does not represent what you actually see in person. In person is worse.

Comfortable bed, but cramped room, sink counter was way too small, tub stopper was broken, washing machine was broken, no smoke alarm in room, staff was very friendly.

Check in and check out was great. The room wasn’t the cleanest especially the bathroom there was hair in the shower. The beds were really comfortable. Went down for breakfast at 8 and there was no sugar or creamer for the coffee went over to the cereal for milk and it was empty. Overall for a place to sleep it was okay I probably wouldn’t stay here again tho.

Nope

There were sticky rings on the nightstand from prior guests’ cups, someone else’s toothpaste still in the sink and on the bathroom counter, food and milk left in the fridge, and we didn’t have a shower curtain. Not to mention the outlet plates removed and laying on the floor and the half inch of dust on the lamps... I knew I wasn’t getting a Ritz Carlton experience when I booked this but it was just lazily unclean and gross.
