I had to cancel this reservation due to a serious viral illness. I contacted the hotel directly and was told I would hear back about a possible refund or partial refund of the 3 nights. I never then heard any word back. So maybe keeping my money and providing no service to me seems like a win for the hotel but you and your chain have lost a customer for life.

get what you pay for here. mold smell in the room. its an old place so dont expect much. pool is small but nice with huge hot tub. overall it works but thats it.

Clean property. Variety of breakfast options that were good. Wonderful staff. Rooms are clean. Hottub and pool were very nice and in a private area that was clean and comfortable! Love the tables along the area between the rooms with the lights. Elevator to second floor. Cute cozy and quaint. Will return.
