Location! Location! Location! Convenient to nearly everything you want to do in Tucson Northwest and tastefully and completely remodeled suite. A wonderful location in Northwest Tucson for your vacation or to use as a short-term rental home. Enjoy the sunshine and clear skies year-round and if you love being outdoors, there is much to do and to appreciate in Tucson, The Old Pueblo. Enjoy the conveniences of a home with a private bathroom, walk-in shower, sitting/reading lounge chair, dining table, and a personal washer and dryer. Located just 2 miles east of the I-10 Freeway and close to many stores, restaurants, and venues to enjoy. Many fun indoor and outdoor activities and social events are plentiful year-round! Outdoor activities like biking, bicycling, skydiving in Marana (30 minutes away), and much more. There are many indoor activities to enjoy like indoor skydiving simulation, concerts and musicals at the Tucson Convention Center, Fox Theater shows and venues. The Children's Museum and enjoy learning about Old Pueblo's history at one of Downtown Tucson's Historic museums. Park in the designated parking space #3. Please do not park under the carport. This area of the of circular driveway must remain clear for emergency vehicles to park and use freely at all times. Enjoy the lifestyle of Downtown Tucson with a convenient ride on the electric trolley car located at University Blvd and 4th Ave. ride to the Tucson Convention Center, The Rialto Theater, the University of Arizona, 4th Ave and biking paths throughout Tucson, and the Saguaro National Parks are a convenient commute by car - 20 minutes to the WEST Park and 35 minutes to the EAST Park by car. Conveniently located 2 miles east of the I-10 highway. Exit Ina Rd. and go east to Thornydale Rd., and make a U-Turn and come back about 1/2 mile to Juniper Rd and turn right. Proceed to the address confirming the reservation. Close to local resort golfing, five different trailheads, the Saguaro National Park, many great restaurants, a bakery, local coffee shops, shopping, and much more all conveniently located just 5 minutes to 15 minutes away. The Tucson International Airport is located 30 minutes door to door.

We stayed 4 nights on a hiking trip. We like to make our own dinners each evening. We purchased some groceries before checking in and upon check in found only a mini fridge with no way to keep anything frozen or make ice and hot plate. The yard was a mess and the grill we were expecting was out of order and seemingly had been for some time. The walls were so thin that the next door tv kept us awake half the night. Seemed to come thru the vent. It was ok, only because we spent little time there. The bed was great! The location was free of traffic or neighborhood noise and the shower was very nice.
