Tucson Book Festival weekend
Publié le 22 mars 2024 sur HotelsWe came for the Tucson Book Festival and we're looking for hotel that was somewhat close to the University, and we found it. Right off the freeway and convenient to get to. A good place to stay for what we needed. it would have been nice for the hotel room to have screen doors on the sliding glass doors so that we could at least have the doors open, as nice as the weather was that weekend. Even though we didn't use the microwave it was nice to have that option. It would have been nice to have mouthwash and toothpaste to go asking with the shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash. It was a really nice relaxing stay.

Our first room was dirty. Food was all over on the floor and desk, there was no soap available in our room and the remote from the TV was missing. We got a second room and when we went to enter the room we realized that it was someone else's room so we were given a third room .. the third room key did not work and we had to get the key programmed twice. Two of the staff members were very nice and they were trying their best but there was a third staff member with red hair that seemed to have an unapologetic attitude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone visiting Tucson.

Friendly and nice staff. Older property so things are falling apart but it was clean. After checking in to our room, the front desk then assigned our room to another customer who went into our room while we were away. Thankfully they didn’t Take our things and returned to the front desk to clear up the mistake. But two other times our room keys were deactivated with no explanation so we
Had to return to the front desk to have them reactivated, one time we Were wet and cold from
Being in the hot tub. The breakfast was nice and the hot tub was perfect.
