Beautiful condo, nice and clean. The washer/dryer was a plus! The other buildings are still under construction, however, it did not interfere with our stay. Definitely recommend.

Family trip to Tulum

Entrance/Exit problems

We stayed in a three bedroom villa. Everything was perfect with the exception of the AC in the upstairs room and one of the rooms downstairs. Climate was muggy so it made for uncomfortable sleeping. I would suggest extra fans. We were out and about most days and could not sit and wait for anyone to come fix it. Had we had some fans around, it would have made the stay absolutely perfect. I would still give this property five stars. It’s beautiful inside and out.

Como crítica constructiva, creo deberían aclarar más explícitamente que el condominio aún se encuentra mayormente en construcción, para evitar malos entendidos y en consecuencia mala calificaciones.
Otra podría ser que brinden mayor información sobre el condominio y las amenidades que incluye.
Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.
