The penthouse was in a state of disrepair and required immediate attention. Below is a detailed list of the issues that were discovered: * The penthouse lacked water for essential purposes between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM, necessitating the use of alternative restrooms. * During inclement weather, excessive water seeped through the windows, resulting in the wetting of personal belongings such as clothing and footwear. * The restrooms exhibited significant deterioration, with peeling ceiling paint and a wobbly toilet seat. * The bed sheets were clean but bore visible bleach stains. * The floors were not adequately cleaned, count not walk barefoot.
