Great position within minutes of key old town sites but in a quiet backstreet. Staff lovely and helpful. Breakfast included was typically Italian - highlight being the coffee Useful stuff in mini bar (water, juice, some snacks) complimentary & re-stocked for free, which was a nice touch. Didn’t try the basement spa out, which was a shame. All good!

Very friendly and helpful reception staff were one of many reasons I would return here. The hotel is located close to many attractions, yet is on quiet streets close to many bars and restaurants. I had a room on the top floor which was maintained daily, with a small seating area away from the main room, great bathroom facilities and a free minibar that was restocked. The spa was quiet and a pleasant end to a busy day of sight-seeing. I ended each day with a glass of wine from the bar and these were always good quality wines.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The location was perfect.. the staff was friendly and helpful.. the room was clean spacious and quiet… the breakfast buffet was amazing. Top notch! Highly recommend!

We felt that we got great value for money with this accomodation, it really was a luxury/boutique hotel, room was spacious, balcony was great and the added bonus the mini bar was included and the spa too! The location was fantastic. We would recommend this hotel - just be aware need to arrive before 11pm to check in 😁 we were delayed and just made it in the nick of the time.

I would give 5: stars if the hotel didn't play loud AI smooth jazz in the hallways until 10 pm every night. The music is so loud it bleeds into the room, if youre trying to watch or listen to anything ride
