They didn’t have our room reserved, we never checked in. Didn’t tell us what happened, but they told us our $$ would be refunded and then sent us to a much lower level hotel. As of now, 17:37 central, 11/17/25, we have not received a refund. And, we have not been able to reach them by phone before or after our scheduled check in time. When we went there they told us their phones are down. Very unpleasant experience w this hotel.

The property is next to the Riverwalk. We watched the boats on the river from our room. Restaurants are walkable. Rooms and lobby were beautiful

Room was river view. Do not waste your money because you could barely see the river. Wanted to take a walk on the river walk but when we got out of the car at the hotel the raw sewage smell was so bad that you couldn’t stay outside. Not sure where it was coming from but it was disgusting. The service at the rooftop bar was very slow and the bar food was overpriced. We didn’t get drinks. The bed was ok, but caused my back to hurt. Right

This hotel is amazingly convenient to the Mercedes Amphitheater and Riverwalk. There are lots of walkable food and drink options just up the hill. Parking is a bit scarce, even not on game days. You get a permit to use their lot, but it can get hard to find a spot near the hotel. There is a small but fun rooftop (bar? restaurant?). My only issue with the hotel is the walls are paper thin. We heard everything. Not even noise from rowdy revelers. We weren't there on a game day. Just normal families going to their rooms and the woman in the next room having a normal phone conversation at 3 am. Heard every word and it didn't sound like she was raising her voice. Going to bed, it sounded like the upstairs neighbors were holding a craps game on the floor of their room. Who can possibly drop that many things for that duration? So the good beds and ample pillows didn't much matter when we heard every living thing happening in our wing. Sad, because the location is top notch!!!

Underwhelming experience

AC was noisy. Cleaning person only left towels, no extra toilet paper and didn’t tidy beds. We read there was free breakfast and this was not true. For the price, it wasn’t worth it. The rooftop area was nice. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Perfect location!

We came down for a concert at the a Amphitheater and the location was absolutely perfect! The staff was polite and the rooms were impeccably clean and so spacious! Walking distance to plenty of amazing restaurants too!
