The luxury resort features 2 large pools, tennis court, gymnasium, plus your own private pool.



Only a handful of apartments within the resort complex have the private plunge pool included and this is one of them!



This 1 Bed Apartment is located on the ground floor of this magnificent complex, facing east to capture the morning sun.



The locale offers everything you need while staying in the Sand Resort, including a convenience store and renowned restaurants such as Seasons (on-site), Fins and many others. There are plenty of options for your morning coffee or your afternoon drink – and during the winter you can even spot whales migrating as you relax on the deck of the popular Sand Resort Bar. There are also plenty of options for retail therapy and pampering located within the Sand Resort - otherwise its a very short trip into Kingscliff!



The sparkling white sands stretch out for kilometres in front of you, with the patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing or just relaxing. A boardwalk runs the full length of the coastline from Kingscliff to Cabarita and is ideal for walking or cycling and taking in all the sights of the local area.



The Gold Coast Airport is just 13 minutes north and Byron Bay is just 35 minutes south.

Pepper's Resort - designed for relaxation

Our stay was short (only two nights) but thoroughly enjoyable. The one bedroom apartment had everything we needed including kitchen and laundry facilities. We also had an underground secure car park. There were two outdoor lagoon style pools with hot spa pools beside them. The beach was only a 250 metre walk away through parkland and there were a number of eateries, cafes and a hotel in the resort and within a short walk.
