In unit small load washer/dryer and all new kitchen appliances. Linen's, bath towels and YES - beach towels are included.  Free Internet WiFi is available for guest use. Easy Elevator access- Quiet 3rd floor location with wonderful direct view of beautiful Tybee beach from spacious balcony. Excellent place for a quiet beach vacation

We stayed here for seven nights at the end of July 2025. Despite the outside temps being obscenely hot that week, we had a great vacation. Spent lots of time exploring the beach nearby, and also drove into Savannah most days/evenings. The unit itself was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a successful beach week. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was the perfect place for our mother’s 80th birthday because of the elevator access and the views from the balcony. She could relax and watch the sun come up, dolphins play and ships come in.
