We loved this condo!: attractive & comfortable furnishings, tasteful seaside artwork, functional layout, clean, free parking space, & excellent location. We especially enjoyed the balcony: watching pelicans, dolphins, shrimp boats & freighters throughout each day & beautiful sunsets each evening.
We also thoroughly enjoyed your pool, Tybee's beaches, many Tybee restaurants, the Tybee Island Golf Cart Tour, & the overall lowkey feel of the island.
We look forward to future visits!

Beautiful views and great room!
Posted May 17, 2024 on HomeAwayWe’ve stayed a few places at this property and around the island as we come almost every year. Have to say this was our favorite so far. Love how they opened it up compared to others. It’s obviously clean and well cared for. And seeing the dolphins all day from the balcony never gets old. Definitely would book this one again!

Great view
Posted May 13, 2024 on HomeAwayI really loved the view of the ocean. I spent a lot of time on the balcony. The unit was very clean. It was the perfect size for me and my fiancé. The location was great on North Beach and I love the security I felt being gated in. I would 100% stay again and likely will soon.

Posted May 1, 2024 on HomeAwayWe stayed on Tybee for six nights . The property was exactly as advertised with a nice location , great views of the water and perfect size for two people. The weather in mid April is was beautiful with daytime highs in the mid seventies. We brought our bikes along and pedaled the back streets to different parts of the beach every day. Very relaxing place. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to the area

Peaceful Getaway
Posted Apr. 28, 2024 on HomeAwayThis condo was exactly as it was described. We saw dolphins EVERY DAY. In the morning and in the evenings. Many of them frolicked and it was amazing to see. The sunsets were unreal.
We had just the right amount of space for the two of us. We had pretty much everything we needed. The bed was comfy and we loved the sheets! We appreciated the central A/C and heat given we ended up needing both during our stay.
We loved Tybee Island and hope to come back. It was so hard to come home. We visited Savannah as well given the close proximity.
The gated community was nice, especially since we came into town during "Orange Crush" weekend. We couldn't hear a thing and our beach was nice & secluded.
Fantastic property, highly recommend!

Nice, peaceful

The condo buildings.
Posted Mar. 18, 2024 on HomeAwayThe owner was very responsive, letting us in before 4 pm, which was very helpful. The building is dreary and dated; the elevator permit had expired. The condo is small, especially the bathroom. The refrigerator must be 15 years old , and everything is dated. To be clear, we appreciate more upscale accommodations at this point in our lives.
