Located directly behind historic Officer's Row, this quiet part of Tybee is close to the Lighthouse and North Beach.
Ground level, fenced-in yard, dog-friendly, tall ceilings and extra large windows allowing tons of natural light to pour in. The home now offers 2 full baths and an additional "water closet!"
Full of art from local artists and vintage finds, comfy furniture and best of all the extra large screened porch with rocking chairs. Truly a southern charmer of a home! This home is a historic home, and the homeowner has added an additional full bath for a total of 2 1/2 baths! Yet another unique feature of our home! This is half of the duplex with Enlisted Men's Mess Hall on the other side. Both sides are quiet and have private/separate entrances. Need space for a large family? Rent both sides!
