Goed verzorgd vakantiehuis

De communicatie met de eigenaar ging uitstekend. Het vakantiehuis was echt goed verzorgd incl. tuin. Duidelijke uitleg, alles aanwezig (TV, tuinstoelen, grote Weber BBQ, 2x berging, grote inrit, Nespresso koffiemachine). Goede ligging t.o.v. Franeker, uitstekend ook t.o.v. Bolsward voor Fietselfstedentocht.

Schöner Urlaub trotz allem

Modernes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage (für Hundebesitzer: ohne Zaun). Pool, Spielplatz und Rezeption sind jedoch ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Keine Wegbeschreibung, daher erst am dritten Tag gefunden. Ort Tzummarum ebenfalls 15 Minuten. Watt eine bis anderthalb Stunden. WLAN lückenhaft. Sauberkeit gut, einzig die Waschmaschine war etwas gruselig. Kommunikation im voraus und auch vor Ort problematisch. Der Übergabeverantwortliche konnte kein Deutsch und schlecht Englisch und wusste auf einige Frage keine konkrete Antwort. Zum Glück konnte eine Freundin unsererseits holländisch. Kommunikation mit der Agentur äußerst mangelhaft. Auf direkte und unmissverständliche Nachfrage wurden z.B. die falschen Bettmaße übermittelt. Auf die Frage, ob auch ein anderer Gast den Schlüssel entgegen nehmen kann, kam gar keine hilfreiche Antwort. Obwohl ich in diversen Emails, sowie in dem analogen Ankunftsformular, das drei Wochen vorher per Post versendet wurde, wieder und wieder darauf hingewiesen habe, dass wir ein Baby mitbringen, wusste vor Ort keiner davon, weshalb zunächst kein Kinderbett vorhanden war (einen Ersatz erhielten wir erst nach zwei Tagen). Die Buchungsübersicht, die man online abrufen kann, ist sehr unübersichtlich. Es gibt diverse Dokumente, die alle fast, aber nicht ganz dasselbe beinhalten. Recht verwirrend und unnötig viel Papier, wenn man alles ausdruckt. Gesamturteil: befriedigend. Trotz allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Perfect huis, brandschoon, groot, heerlijk alles aanwezig wat je thuis ook zou willen hebben. Wij hebben de voorjaarsvakantie ook geboft met het weer.
