Our stay here for three nights was a memorable one. The resort is appointed very well, from the architecture to the decor and curated art all over. The lake view with the views of City palace is another highlight. The staff were exceptional, Samarth and team in the dining room and our butler Gurjot stood out in taking care of all our needs and preferences.

Leela Palace was certainly nice. However, it is an older property that needs some renovation and maintenance. Food was good but not the best on our Rajasthan tour by any means. Service was good but certainly not at the level of the other Indian 5-star properties.

This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful lakeside location. It has everything you would wish for in a 5 star hotel. The restaurant menu has to be seen to be believed and the quality of the food is excellent. It's pricey but if you are looking to celebrate a special occasion, this would be a very good choice.
