The visitor's tax due in winter 2.40 Euro; in summer 3.30 Euro / person / day can be paid on arrival (cash).



An essential component is the included use of all public transportation in the Bodensee-Oberschwaben Verkehrsverbund (bodo) for the duration of your stay. The “Echt Bodensee Card” entitles you to free travel by bus and train in the entire bodo area. This includes the districts of Lake Constance, Ravensburg and Lindau. The tourist program also includes numerous benefits for you at museums, leisure attractions, shipping companies and other facilities.

The apartment is located in a quiet, green residential area in Rauensteinstraße, just a 20-minute walk from the center of Überlingen. It is on the 1st floor of an apartment building with six apartments. An outdoor parking space (no. 6) is available free of charge, bicycles and baby carriages can be stored in the cellar. A washing machine can be used for an extra charge. Towels, bed linen and a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, pots, pans, salt, pepper and sugar are included.



The apartment is located between two bus stops (Heinrich-Emerich-Straße & Rauensteinstraße), from where line 2 goes directly to the city center. Alternatively, you can walk to the lake and further into the city in 15-20 minutes.



Shopping facilities such as Edeka, DM, a bakery, banks and a petrol station can be reached in 15 minutes.



Rauenstein Castle with its public park, which offers a beautiful view of the lake, is in the immediate vicinity. The apple nature trail with over 50 varieties of apples invites you to visit, especially in spring and fall. The St. Leonard viewpoint (10 min. walk) offers an impressive panoramic view of the Alps.



Bodensee-Therme Überlingen, to the west of the town, offers year-round relaxation with several pools, saunas, a fireplace relaxation room and direct access to the lake. A special feature is the largest plunge pool in Germany - Lake Constance itself.



The Ostbad, 15-20 minutes downhill, has a large sunbathing lawn with mature trees, a non-swimmers' area, a sand and gravel beach, a playground, a kiosk and a restaurant serving summer dishes.



The accommodation was completely renovated in 2020/2021 and is located in an easily accessible, natural area outside the town center.
