We chose this particular stay as we were looking for a halfway point between Cape Town and Pretoria. It doesn’t get 100% not through any fault of their own but rather load shedding meaning we had no electricity from 8 to 12 and from two until six 8 AM. This is not a site that is meant for anyone who is challenged at climbing stairs but the view is beautiful, it’s close to a pretty good set of restaurants, and the hosts were very friendly and very accommodating and most important, the shower was fantastic!

A Good Stay

The room was clean and comfortable, the air-con worked, the TV had many channels to choose from and the remotes were clean. A great restaurant within walking distance. The only negative would be for those who struggle with stairs - there were quite a few to climb. Otherwise a good stayover.

Over night stop...................................

Jeanette was friendly and helpful. Unit was clean and neat. The beds were a let down. Not comfortable at all. We had two single beds in our unit but both were soft and lumpy. The braai area needs to be improved , rather rough and ready.
