The 5-br Innkeeper's House features over 3,000 sq ft of space on southwest Michigan's top-rated one-of-a-kind property. Come and stay in the heart of Harbor Country at Goldberry Woods on 30 secluded acres of woods with hiking trails, river and stream, orchards, and organic farm located one mile from the beaches of Lake Michigan. Our sprawling property includes three other houses (8-br Inn and 3-4 br homes/cottages) and a new large 45-ft in-ground heated pool and spa tub for the property (shared with our other 3 houses but tons of room for everyone to spread out).

As you enter through the home's over-sized front door, the open floor plan with 10 ft+ ceilings welcomes you and your group to relax. The house features 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths and includes features such as double jacuzzi tub and double shower with steamer in master bath, screen porch, fireplaces, 4-zone HVAC, an open floor plan, and huge outdoor kitchen with large Weber gas grill, flat top grill, double outdoor shower and seating area. Though the house features vintage and unique décor and furniture, we will provide you with classic comfort including luxury linens and immaculate rooms.

Indoor amenities include a fully-stocked kitchen with all the pans and dishes you'll need; a dining room with owner-made rowboat chandelier and seating for 12+ people; a second-floor laundry room; and a family room with gas fireplace and large leather sectional sofa, and a 65" streaming TV, surround system, and whole-house stereo. One smaller bedroom on first floor attached to full bath and 4 more bedrooms on second floor.

Outdoor amenities include seating areas with views of the creek/ravine/woods behind the house; private fire pit with firewood; a 50-amp EV charger outlet; games including bags, badminton, bocce; bicycles to borrow to ride to the beach or explore the back roads; a large custom multi-level play set featuring climbing walls, swings, slide; a fruit orchard and farm fields with chickens; kayaks and canoes to float peacefully down our river; and 20+ more acres of woods with hiking trails to explore (a truly beautiful location!). Only one mile to the soft sand and amazing sunsets on the quiet beach.

We are also the perfect spot for your family reunion, holiday, or corporate retreat. Our main inn sleeps 16-24 or add a cottage or two to accommodate 10-20 more.

We have our 3 br, 2 bath Creekside Cottage (sleeps 6-10, 1300 sq ft) for rent as well. It includes a full kitchen, dining area for 10, laundry room, large screened porch, jacuzzi tub in master bath, living room with two flip couches and wood-burning fireplace with stone hearth, streaming TV with DVD, gas Weber BBQ, and fire pit. Our River’s Edge Cottage includes 2900 sq ft with 4 bedrooms (sleeps up to 12, including a large bunk room), 4 full baths, river views from most rooms, full kitchen with dining area and separate dining room, large screened porch, laundry room, living room with gas fireplace, WiFi, and large streaming TV with cable/Blu-ray DVD player. There is also a gas grill, fire pit, firewood, outdoor seating. The Goldberry Woods main Inn includes over 6,500 sq ft of space to relax. Each of the 8+ bedrooms/suites includes a private bath with double jacuzzi tub and shower, gas fireplace, large flat screen tv with streaming Blu-Ray player and Satellite TV, WiFi, and a hand-crafted queen bed made by a local artisan using native Michigan trees. The inn is normally ran as a top-rated B&B but is available on select dates for group rental. Three of the rooms include additional, private sleeping areas/bedrooms (great for families, total of 11 different sleeping areas). Luxury linens provided. The inn's first-floor bedrooms are also handicap accessible. Features include a dining room with wood-burning fireplace and seating for 24+ people; a laundry area; a large living room with board games, books, and a wood-burning stove; and a 4-season sun room with couches and daybeds, along with a selection of DVD's to watch.
