Beautiful historic Hotel in a beautiful area

The location was perfect for us - out of the way tucked in a tiny town with a coffee shop and a restaurant and a couple of small stores. It was off season, and that was perfect for us. The weather was gorgeous and we were surrounded by mountains and birds...
Breakfast was delicious but short for those of us that like to sleep in or those of us that like to leave at the crack of dawn to go explore... 8am - 9:30am.
I would have given them a higher score, but the bed didn't agree with my back, the room was located facing the street and the lighting at night was bright, which is not a bad thing - just some better coverage for the windows.
Other than that, it was a great stay!

Charming and quaint
Posted Oct. 4, 2023 on HotelsFront desk was so friendly and helpful. They even texted us ahead of time for directions to check in if we got in late. Room was lovely; bed was unexpectedly comfortable. Gorgeous views accompanied a decent restaurant next door (with GREAT staff). Sad we didn't get enough time here. Would return!

Highly recommended for a romantic getaway. The the staff were sweet, knowledgable and friendly, entire facility was clean, well kept and had lots of ambiance. We absolutely loved it and will be returning. Got to ring that bell!

Posted Jul. 20, 2023 on HotelsAWSOME!!! picture is exactly the room i will return property is very clean and staff is courteous and tentative to your needs the pool is great and the light breakfast they service is fresh no hot stuff but good fruit and delicious pastry. not to mention the live music they have out on the patio which is connected to the blue wing restaurant love there food atmosphere is relaxing you will need to stay in one of ther cottages too!!

Nice, big room. Great restaurant and bar with live music out in the patio. Beautiful garden areas on the property. The pool could have used a skimming maybe more that once per day. A number of bugs were in the pool in the afternoon. Great soaking tub and patio with room. Friendly and Helpful staff.

We enjoy the quiet cottage and grounds around the hotel. What we were disappointed in was that the shops near by close down pretty early.

We love the review of the property and agree with the sentiment about our sleepy little town's hours. Unfortunately the only night life in our county are the bars and casinos so if we get more travelers like yourself that may eventually change. Fingers crossed? We look forward to your next stay!
