Honteux réservation annulée

Horrible stay
Publié le 26 févr. 2024 sur HotelsTerrible stay, AC ticked the whole night, shower only had Hot water, and on our last day there before check out the water was cut off while I was in the shower. Check out wasn’t until 11am and this happened before check out. I went to ask why it was cut off and the lady at the desk named Daliah stated she thought everyone had checked out already. But we hadn’t checked out yet and my car was still parked out front. She stated they couldn’t turn it back on.

Very disappointed
Publié le 28 janv. 2024 sur HotelsThere were no lights in the main room. Had to use my phone flashlight to get around. There were no blankets only a sheet and bedspread and it was 51 degrees no heater it appeared the room was in the middle of a remodel. Stucco all over the bathroom in the shower had hard time turning shower on. should have never rented room out!!!

Dirty recliner super dirty and smelled like sweat . Super bad odor in room .
