Dispone de 5 habitaciones, 2 cocinas, 2 baños completo con cabinas de ducha y un baño, una terraza. Incluye todos los electrodomésticos son nuevos recién comprados menaje necesario incluye ropa de cama y toallas. Son 25 km de Valencia y aeropuerto y 25 km de Cullera. Cerca campo de golf, Caballos en alquiler, escuela surf, KiteSurf, Windsurf. Zona muy tranquila y playas muy limpias.
