Location is amazing - the beach is right there and so many restos/pubs to choose from. Bathroom had recently been remodelled and very, very clean. Room otherwise was modest/basic but was all I needed. Super hot and air conditioning was nice and cool. Would love to see at least one English selection on TV (BBC? Al Jeezerah?) No view and I had to keep drapes closed as (very close) view of some neighbouring rooms.

The property in itself was very good, location right next to the beach and lots of restaurants. Staff kind enough and room was cleaned everyday. Only critic was theres a beach night club close by, if you have room close to or sea view you can hear the loud beats of the music/pyro which was annoying as couldnt get any sleep and lasted till about 3 to 4am everyday. Maybe an upgrade of the windows to more noise cancelling ones would be bettee.

No thrills but clean and comfortable. Didn’t have the breakfast so don’t know what that was like, but seemed like good value. Well positioned for restaurants, sea front etc. 10 minute walk from nearest tram stop (Neptú).

Love this place. If you're looking for clean, comfortable bedding, working wifi and a great location without the extra amenities this is your spot!
