I booked this hotel based on positive reviews. The room we were given was for a disabled individual which we were understanding of but then the bed sheets were not changed from the prior person and had numerous hairs from a man on the sheets. By the second night the maid had still not changed the sheets and we mentioned it to the front desk staff whom was helpful to change the room but then the new room had a number of hairs on the bathroom wall as well. We paid about $250/night. We asked if the hotel could offset the inconvenience with a breakfast or something by this point but the manager denied.

Dear Melissa, Thank you for choosing us for your stay. We are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. The room that you booked was the wheelchair accessible room, and we do not change this room because we do not know if the guest really needs this type of room. The day of your arrival, this and other rooms were checked twice by our housekeeping manager and by myself, and the room was spotless. This is the reason that you did not informed us on your first day about an issue but you informed us on your second day. We offered you a deluxe room without any charge and this room was checked just before you entering it, but you informed the front desk that you were a gold member and you deserved free breakfast because this room was not cleaned. Posted Mar. 2, 2024 on HotelsIt was fantastic. Very close the city centre and all the attractions. The staff was amazing, very polite, sophisticated and very professional. The helped us with all of our queries wether its restaurant suggestions, taxi booking and other small queries. I am waiting for my next trip back with my family and friends.

This is a great gem of a hotel located in a part of the city that made it easy to walk around and explore. Cities were good. The place was very clean, and we would definitely return again.

Nice hotel in Valencia.
Posted Feb. 22, 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is well located and has a number of very good restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful (lost luggage!!). Local Cava served on arrival, there were sweets available for guests in the reception area. The rooms were very clean and the addition of some drinks and chocolate was welcome, good coffee machine and kettle. There was a very good selection for breakfast and a small bar. I would certainly stay at the hotel again.
