Lovely villa with amazing views

We stayed 4 nights but wished it had been longer. The villa is lovely with 180 degree views of the lake. It is very well equipped and has a comfortable king size bed. There are good restaurants nearby.

Great view and location

The property was impressive. Very nice accommodations with great views from any angle. One thing that we missed, however, was a reference manual introducing us to and explaining the ins and outs of the property. Fortunately the owner (Wolfgang) was available and responsive by email. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Excellent experience!

The amazing views and gardens of this house make this the most beautiful spot we have ever stayed. There are many locations in and around the house to sit and enjoy the 180 degree view. Ristorante Del Pellegrino a few minutes walk away was our favorite. Say hi to Carlo!

Oh My God (OMG). Just checked into the Villa. Simply amazing. I love the decor. Very personal and distinctly Austrian. Love the stone patterned flooring and the views. Thank you so much keeping it fully decorated and so cozy. Very trustful. I wish we could do the same for our vacation places elsewhere. Had a little trouble locating the Villa at first, but I ‘over-thought’ it. It was the first bend off the highway. Very simple. I believe I’ve located all the keys and switches. The heat was on, so thank you. Also, it looks like the alarm is off. Wonderful stay. Thanks again, ******* Oh mein Gott (OMG). Ich habe gerade in die Villa eingecheckt. Einfach unglaublich. Ich liebe die Einrichtung. Sehr persönlich und prĂ€gnant österreichisch. Ich liebe den steingemusterten Bodenbelag und die Aussicht. Vielen Dank, dass Sie es voll dekoriert und so gemĂŒtlich gehalten haben. Sehr vertrauensvoll. Ich wĂŒnschte, wir könnten dasselbe fĂŒr unsere Urlaubsorte anderswo tun. Hatte zuerst ein wenig Probleme, die Villa zu finden, aber ich habe es "ĂŒberlegt". Es war die erste Kurve abseits der Autobahn. Sehr einfach. Ich glaube, ich habe alle Tasten und Schalter gefunden. Pool Mitte Juni nicht nutzbar!

Wir wussten vorher, dass es kein Internet/WLAN im Haus gibt, aber bei DER Aussicht entschieden wir uns, das fĂŒr eine Woche in Kauf zu nehmen. Soweit alles ok!Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet.Allerdings: wenn wir als Familie ein Haus MIT Pool buchen, möchten wir auch, dass der Pool benutzbar ist. Leider war das nicht der Fall und unsere Urlaubslaune dadurch schnell „im Keller“. Daran Ă€nderten auch die mehrfachen Kurz-Besuche der herbeigerufenen Poolfirma nichts, im Gegenteil: auch mit viel Chemie konnte man in dem schaumigen, dunkelgrĂŒnen Wasser nicht baden und die tĂ€glich neue, aber vergebliche Hoffnung auf Bade-Spass wich nach 5 heissen Tagen endgĂŒltig der Gewissheit, dass der geplante Badeurlaub keiner mehr wird!Leider erfolgte auch die vom (immer freundlichen und augenscheinlich bemĂŒhten) Vermieter bereits am 3.Urlaubstag versprochene finanzielle EntschĂ€digung bis 14 Tage nach unserer (vorzeitigen) Abreise bisher NICHT. Sehr schade!

Vermieter sehr nett. Das Haus ist fĂŒr 4 Personen, die Reserveliege hat definitiv seine Tage hinter sich. Das weiß der Vermieter auch. In dem Haus sind viele private Dinge des Vermieters. Das gibt dem Haus zwar eine persönliche Note aber als Urlauber bringt man ja auch eigene Sachen mit fĂŒr die es dann keine AbstellflĂ€che gibt. Leider war der Pool schon geleert obwohl bis Oktober zur VerfĂŒgung drin steht. Zudem stand die zusĂ€tzliche Heizkostenpauschale nicht in der Kostenaufstellung. Um eine leere Gasflasche hat sich der Vermieter sofort gekĂŒmmert, allerdings war auch die Ersatzflasche leer so dass unser Abendessen ausfiel. werdennkonnte.

Traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist zauberschön! Individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer auf den See ein Traum! Die Terrasse wohl der schönste Platz am Luganer See. Der abgeschlossene und uneinsehbare Garten schön gestaltet und auch sehr praktisch mit unserem Labrador. Es war soo schön!

Aufenthalt im Mai 2023

Das Ferienhaus hat eine wirklich traumhafte Lage und Aussicht. Leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt, so dass wir den schönen Pool nicht nutzen konnten. Wir haben im Ferienhaus alles gefunden, was man so braucht. Das GrundstĂŒck ist sehr steil angelegt. Aber unser Hund hat schnell begriffen, dass Toben nicht so gĂŒnstig ist. Alles in Allem war es sehr schön. Wir haben tĂ€glich draußen auf der Terrasse gefrĂŒhstĂŒckt (auch bei 13 Grad) da der Blick so traumhaft war.
