The staff at this location were so friendly. I forgot my toothbrush, so the gave me two! I forgot my work phone they called me within 5 minutes of leaving. The property and rooms were clean and they had fresh cookies in the evening!

The staff were friendly and eager to help with anything. Our problems related to the setup of the room and the exit to the parking lot. The fridge and microwave were under the tv making it hard to use. The lighting around the mirror was too bright making it hard to see what I was doing. The exit is next to the laundry room and the staff have to move their carts constantly as guests are leaving. There was only one handicapped spot near the exit and it was reserved for diamond members. There wasn’t any ramps for the handicapped
