On the 7th floor, had extreme amount of street noise all 3 nights. The building in general is not in the best of conditions. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Lobby smelled awful upon arrival. Lady that checked us in was very nice. Beds were comfortable. This hotel obviously very old. Very basic. No decor. Breakfast not impressive. Several items needed restocking: bowls, waffle batter, coffee, milk. One girl had trouble keeping up with things. Needed another person helping. Utensils were all made of wood making it nearly impossible to eat. Location is great but this hotel should have cost 1/2 of what I paid.

The hotel is just a few meters away from the Canada Place and the cruise ships port! Most of the guests are Cruisers! Fantastic!

This hotel is very old and in poor condition! Peeling paint, holes in the walls, broken light fixtures, cracked sink, etc etc. I was not impressed at the price they are asking.

This hotel served a purpose for our pre cruise It was in great location to to ship port and eating places Hotel rooms are a little small and bathrooms even smaller

WE FOUND THE ROOM SMALL AND THE BATHROOM SMALLER. VERY DATED. ALL WAS WELL UNTILL WE FOUND A BED BUG.I PRESENTED TO STAFF. HAD TO WAIT TILL MANAGER CAME IN. SHE AREIVED HOWEVER COUND NOT DEAL WITH THIS. SHE SENT AND EMAIL. NICELY WRITTEN HOWEVER THEY WE.NOT PREPARDED TO DO ANYTHING AT ALL. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Generally ok for one night. Room was very small and bed was quite small too. Air con unit was like an aircraft engine so too noisy to use and there was no hot water in the morning
