For a 600.00 per night room this was a shabby disappointment. We could not find any attachment to make the shower work. When I told the front desk they said that there was a tab to pull down. We could not find anything. The shower head looked never used - no corrosion whatsoever. This hotel has a great location to the port. That’s the only good thing about it.

I reserved a room for two with a queen bed. I received a room they call, a double room with a queen bed. Ther was literally no room to walk with two leg and two small suitcases. The bed was a small double. When I questioned the staff I was told it is a Wyndham queen, they made their own. The breakfast was also a question. I will not be returning for the price and what was received, I feel it was false advertising, in my opinion.

Bathroom was awkward, but useable. Parking was offsite in a public lot. Breakfast was good. Overall pretty clean, but dust behing the minifridge and in corners. Not enough power outlets. Good enough hotel for the location and price.

The building is quite old, but the beds were comfortable and the hotel was dead quiet past 10pm. I know lots of people stay here for being close to the cruise port, but me and my sister stayed for a few nights for a weekend trip and honestly had little to no complaints. Quiet, clean, and close to lots of down town attractions. My only issue was the shower head seemed to screech if you tried to turn the water any hotter than Luke warm. So showers weren’t super hot. But we would stay here again!
