The room are old and the breakfast is bad, there is only bagels and coffee. The bath tub was a little bit dirty and old too

I'll pay more to stay somewhere else

No hot water in the morning. Door lock was broken. Hotel sign was destroyed by a vehicle and had not been cleaned up or repaired. Construction going on at the site. Not a good vibe at all.

The property looked like it was renovation, our room had hair in the sink, the baseboard around the room was falling apart. So as soon as I saw the room I wasn’t even in there for 5 minutes and I just checked out/ cancelled my reservation at the front desk.The area was near a nice mall but there were homeless/ drugged people roaming around the hotel.

Just book the other place

The lady at the front desk was super sweet. She did however forget to mention there wasn’t an elevator, which I had missed in booking. When we did get up to our room and opened the door we were hit with the unmistakable voter of cigarette smoke. Because both of us pack sent sprays, it’s something we could look over for now…. As we walked into the room, we noticed a headboard was crooked worrying us on the condition of the bed. There were holes in the wall, some with insulation coming out. One word to describe the entire room would be sticky…. The showerhead was literally hanging on by interior piping…. And most of the pictures looked like they had not been maintained. Again, as it was late, we tried to overlook all of this to get some rest. But as we pulled our covers back, we saw stains. Colored stains, yellow stains. Sheets, pillowcases, comforter. You name it everything stains. As soon as we woke up, we packed and headed to get the hopefully hearty breakfast…. No. Breakfast has started a hour and a half ago, the dining room was still quiet, chairs were still up, there was no sign of breakfast besides a young couple and their daughter with some food on their table. I looked at my daughter, and we both agreed… we left telling the front desk we are checking out. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a full refund for the last two days, but the friendly staff was able to give me a slight refund from my trouble.

I stayed here because of the reviews but I am 100% sure those were left by companies that are paid for reviews. The room was dirty, the bathroom had mold. Had to wait to be checked out in the morning because the front desk was left unattended. We didn't feel safe being there so as soon as we could leave we did. Will not be staying here again and suggest anyone reading this with small kids to do the same.

Very disappointed.

Room combination to door did not work, no towels, poor internet, tv did not work, no coffee in room, dirty carpets, windows so dirty could not see throught them. Bathroom hair dryer was pulled off of wall. Breakfast advertised was the reason I booked this hotel but bread and oatmemal is not a brekfast. unsavory people in the parking lot at night. I did not feel dafe for my vehicle. I felt cheated by the price I paid for room. Very disgusted and disappointed. I will never stay there again. I expect that hotels.com would give me a credit for the price I paid for this dump of hotel.

very poor professionalism.

Not sure what happen still, do khow but the truth is that when me and my husband with my 2 kids arrived at the property no one was able to check as in they keep said that no reservation was made I’ve show in the confirmation that I have through hotel.com and after that I contacted hotels.com the costumer service line took me like 2 hours of waited in the phone tried to set me up in other hotel but no luck after 4 people answered my call and hanging my calls finally Oliver work with me trying to found one room single bed 1 hour 10 minutes away for the original place where we supposed to stay. But everything was under stand after taking with hotel.com they finally told me that around the area it’s was a huge concert. But What I not recommend is the hotel Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Vancouver they never show any worries and anything about helping to look at least to tell me what happened an explanation to us I’m very sure that they sell our room to someone else for more money Definitely not recommend never will be back to the place again.

The reviews are accurate. No hot water, pool closed and the rooms are very dated and dirty. We checked and no bed bugs and bed was actually very comfortable but interesting guests and just very dated. The staff were, however, very friendly and informative! Good points on that end. Definitely cheap!

This stay was horrible. Room smelled like cigarettes, room was completely ran down. Carpet stained, under remodel, pool closed, and doors were propped open for people smoking cigarettes. Pretty bad to leave exit doors propped open all night. As it allows unexpected guests to roam the hotel. No two queen beds were available. We ended up getting one right next to the exit doors could hear all conversations outside and could smell lingering smoke smell.
