The staff was friendly. The front lobby was dirty, tattrted furniture. The hallway needed to be vacuumed, old rags left on window sill. Room was dated with mismatched furniture. Dirty sliding door glass, bathroom floor dirty with black dirt by yhe toilet, a/c didint work and was old, hot in the room, only 2 towels for 3 people. Very disappointed in our choice. Happy we only stayed 1 night.

The property is across the street from a lovely city park. Restaurants and drugstores are within walking distance. The hotel did allow us to store luggage before check-in, which was nice after a morning cruise arrival. Staff were wonderful. Our room was in the 'tower' part of the facility which I believe is the more spacious accommodations.

Rooms were clean,beds comfortable. Street noise was noticeable as was adjoining rooms. Showing a little age . No continental breakfast. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant was good

If you book the room in the old building it’s very noisy. You will hear people walking upstairs, AC is old and loud, the wall paper has stains, the pillows are too soft and have no support but if you don’t mind all of these it’s in a great location otherwise avoid the old building.

Clean, spacious and close to airport

Great place close to the airport. Very spacious for our family of four. We had a three bedroom that gave everyone plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a long day of traveling before getting into Vancouver late, and heading out the next morning to get on an Alaska cruise. 5 minute Uber drive to Walmart to get some last minutes before our cruise, as well as a fully stocked kitchen to make a healthy breakfast before grabbing a ride to our cruise. Highly recommend.
