The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and quiet. The only thing, the heater randomly worked on the room and it was dusty. Other than this, it was a last minute booking for me and the second time stay here. The staffs were very nice and accommodate all the times.

From the moment I checked in, the staff was super friendly, eager to help, and made it a very pleasant experience. Our room was clean, and the beds were super comfy. Between that, and a super-convenient location (10 minute walk to Richmond-Brighouse and the SkyTrain station), the Executive has become my go-to hotel in Richmond.

The room was fine but when I booked it mentions the convenient shuttle twice but not the time. You Last shuttle leaves the airport at 10:45, so any flight arriving after that is a 43 dollar uber or taxi
