Very lovely, great atmosphere, feels like a boutique hotel, warm and friendly staff, very clean, quaint. Very convenient for walking shopping and concert facility

Pros: Nice staff, especially housekeeping. The property is as you'd expect a Fairmont to be. Nice touch to have Le Labo goods in the room. It's a great location in the center of shopping downtown. Lots of restaurants and other conveniences in walking distance. Cons: I've stayed at this Fairmont many times over the years and like all hotels this is a bit of a slightly dimmed version. The pool area looked a bit run down. The parking situation was a hassle (and also more expensive for self park than advertised).
