We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Vancouver Hotel. Location was great, staff were friendly and accommodating and the hotel amenities were great! I will definitely book this hotel for my next visit.

Terrific weekend in Vancouver.

They noticed it was my birthday, so they sent a chocolate cake. When we requested a cab, they offered to take use to the Queen Elizabeth’s Park with their car service. They securely stored our luggage until our room was ready. They also, texted us when our room was ready.

Overwhelmingly mesmerizing property. Every detail of the building is a piece of art. The location is the best in Banff with easy walking along the Bow river to downtown. Customer service in every area is exceptional. Try Stock cafe in the lobby area for great food and big smiles. Bathrooms are small, but this is a minor compromise for staying in a historical, beautiful hotel.
