Alarm went off in the room at 5 or 6 am. I didnt set it. Woke me up on sunday morning for nothing. Tub wouldnt drain. The blinds wouldnt open so stuck without daylight. Phone system didnt work properly. Bed mattress hard and uncomfortable...toilet paoer in toilet almost imposdible to get at while on the can. Way overpriced.

First room was to have a pull out couch and it was the size of a small chair. No human over the age of 10 could sleep on it. Behind the couch was a mouse trap. Second room had a full pull out but again mouse trap behind couch, and when we moved it there was definite squeeking sounds, staff said they investigated and established it was springs, I’ve heard mice and springs and they do not sound the same. Third room was sufficient and had a full pull out, but again mouse traps behind couch. Coastal health will be contacted for follow up.
