It's Ok, not amazing. We stayed for an overnight connection. The shuttle driver was so funny and nice, and the service was a great perk! Rooms were "remodeled" with only cosmetic updates. Tub was old and showerhead barely had any water. The location is next to a vary busy Costco parking lot, 2 homeless people outside of the window, and very noisy traffic next to the freeway. I think the cost to stay was too high for what I got.

After a mechanical issue with our flight we ended up needing to spend the night in Vancouver. We arrived close to 1am and our shuttle was quick and easy, the front desk was welcoming and efficient and understood our group of 7 just wanted to get to bed. In the morning the front desk was again very pleasant, shuttle was on time and efficient and the breakfast offered was above average. We use airport hotels 5-6 times a year and would rate this one better than average for the price point. Thank you.

Updated hotel, close to airport. I liked ease of getting to hotel with courtesy shuttle. Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was soft and slept well. Free breakfast was the usual, cereals, coffee, juices and cafeteria eggs, bacon, sausage. Not a lot around the area of the hotel, except a Costco and a few Asian restaurants. The Happy Hong Kong was very good, lots of locals there. A few blocks over, you could walk to the Skytrain to get around the city or to the Waterfront, if cruising. Overall, we would stay again.
