The hotel was clean and all the staff are very friendly. The only negative feedback I have is the area around the hotel. It is located in downtown Vancouver so it was expected. I would definitely stay there again next time I am in Vancouver.

Very surprised by how much I enjoyed this hotel. The staff were excellent and definitely made me feel like providing a positive guest experience was important to them. Very clean, updated boutique hotel in the center of Vancouver’s entertainment district. Mattress and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. This reminded me more of a boutique hotel in Europe than your typical North American four-star. Breakfast was excellent for the price. Only criticism is the room did not have a desk space. This could be an issue if you need to work while away, but if not no biggie.

Beautiful hotel, very interesting design and colors and rooms. Hotel staff was excellent, very very nice and accommodating. Rooms are small but still roomy enough. Carpeting is very comfortable. Showers are large and very nice. Beds seemed fine, pillows could have been better. The breakfast Buffett was just okay. Normally they charge $22 per person for it, we got it free as part of the deal we got. But I would not have paid for it. It wasn’t anything special and lots of hotels include the same things free to all guests. Lots of dining options within short walking distance, lots of nightlife all around. Overall very walkable city. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The Belmont was a great stay. We had such a spacious room with a stunning bathroom. The shower was huge and the bed was really comfy. Super central location in downtown, nearby shops and restaurants. Can’t complain about location. Staff were friendly and helpful:)
