Hotel is pretty nice and friendly. Rented ebikes that were a little wonky - couldnt change gears. No biggie. The only real complaint was they were doing construction on the street for several days during my stay. It was VERY loud. Not the hotels problem but they could have put me on a higher floor.

Beautiful hotel in amazing location, close to Stanley Park and Canada Place. Staff were friendly. The room as had booked was not available the night we got in, so we stayed in a different one that first night. Then the staff moved our luggage for us the next day into an upgraded room (beyond what we had paid for) with beautiful views of the harbor. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, sundeck, and hotel restaurant (yummy food/drinks and friendly service).

Lovely conveniently located hotel!

Location is wonderful will recommend it to a family member who is traveling to the area in a few weeks! If/When we return to the area we will stay here again.

This is our 2nd time staying here. It is very close to everything. Walking distance to all the restaurants and convenience stores we like. Very close to Canada Place too and walking distance to Waterfront station. The only thing we did not like is the fact that there is no microwave to heat up our leftover food. The housekeeping cleans our room everyday (unless we put out the dont disturb sign), gives us clean towels and our small kids love the small gesture of them fixing their stuffies in the bed! My kids find it very amusing and funny that their stuffies were placed in a very playful way. It made my kids happy so we are happy too. The pool is small but is not a big deal. The staff is very nice. We will for sure stay here again.

The best thing about the Pinnacle is the friendly helpful staff. The fellow at the door ((Ted ?) was very friendly, and helpful. Pavel in the dining room was such a great server, and he has a wonderful sense of humour. He made the food taste better.
